Hi there

My name is Richard Yang. I’m currently a second year physics major at MIT.

I did physics olympiads in high school. For any current aspirants, I have a FAQ as well as a list of some misconceptions.

My main interest nowadays is machine intelligence. Some things I’m excited about:

understanding how model behavior develops from the top and bottom during training.
post and mid-singularity futurism.
